True, Namma Metro is fast progressing in Bangalore and all Bangaloreans bite a little dust everyday, here. Also the NTTF management here in Electronic city and Peenya bite a little more dust now a days with the complete revelation of 'what have really been happening behind this Iron Curtain', say NTTF.
As a KNTC-NTTFian, let me share someting...
As the text book format says, there are students in NTTF from all over India whom we can sub divided into 3 categories.
1.Those who adhere to rules..!
2.Those who find ecstasy in breaking them..! and the
3.Pathetic those who neither want to obey the rules nor have the courage to break them too..!
The majority NTTFians belong to the third category and there is no room for doubt that they are the footballs of NTTf management! As we all know, they neither have the ability to follow the system nor have the courage to shout 'Fuck Off', mostly find their way to NTTF by the 'Emotional Blackmailing' of parents, and obviously not of interest!Once trapped between NTTF and parents( they say,'Devil and See'),we have no other option but to kill the 3 year of our golden life..! And believe me, this is not a big deal as Sarah Weddington said:
" Life is like a ferris wheel
Sometimes you are up, and
Sometimes you are down,
But it's always moving..."
Yes, you are trapped in that cheating machinery only for a small span of your life. And of course, I find some of my best friends there. Sounds not a bad idea, right?
Let me come to the core matter and the center of attention,Mithun. And Mithun, you have done something wrong. Everyone in NTTF has their own reasons to cry but none travelled the way you have chosen! Has 'Joy' in '3 Idiots' inspired you that well..!
You shouldn't have shown that cruelty, at least, to your family.I have nothing but two tear-drops for your family..!
And guys, "Break the disguisting rules..not just flower vases and window glasses!"
I'm tired of writing about NTTF, but compelled to add more...
" The Sea of faith
Was Once, too at the full...
But now I only hear
It's melancholy long withdrawing roar..,"
Let me confess that I'm not good at instilling a lot of poitive energy in your mind. So I highly recommend 'The Alchemist' for your reading. That book has the magical ability of transforming you.!
Last but not least, I reserve my thanks to some close-ones, for really want me to continue blogging..!
Take Care,
Adarsh
Talepiece:
It's learnt that one of the divine cheaters in the top management of NTTF recently announcd in KNTC that if there couldn't have happened that tragedy in NEC, all 2K7 ers would have placed by this time. If it is said, what sir name does he really deserve, F word or B word?

'KNTC VIVEKANANDA' VS 'CELLCOMM MONKEY'
"Never listen to the words of a tower climbing monkey. Why are you listening to Cellcomm Monkey' , when I am here talking to you?"
-The self proclaimed Vivekananda of KNTC
Well, the above mentioned 'Cellcomm Monkey' wants to reply something!!
An educational institution and the process of teaching should posses some sort of standard even though it runs with the sole purpose pf money!!But instead, here, for the cheating system ,you, Mr.KNTC Vivekananda behaves as a pimp who attracts the clients for the brothel. Well, I was not expected to use that language but was compelled to do since you needed a tit for that monkey tat!!No issue Mr.KNTC Vivekananda, you can neglect it as the hobby of 'Cellcomm Monkey' when not on the tower.Anyway it is pitty Mr.KNTC Vivekananda that you not even aware of what sort of job KNTCians do in companies! Go ahead with your third rate ignorance; you will definitely get claps since you can fool some of the people all of the time!!
You say NTTF makes people responsible. Well, to an extend you are right. Let me share my version of responsibility!!
It's with a lot of expectation that I was sent to KNTC, the Trivandrum version of NTTF. My father was damn sure that the education loan worth 2,40,000 would be nothing once his son is out of the training centre. But nothing goes well...!
See My Loan details:
Net Amount: Rs.2, 40,000
Interest : 11%
Bank : North Malabar Gramin Bank.
| | Amount | Interest | Net amount |
| 1st year | 90000 | 9900 | 99900 |
| 2nd year | 75000+99900 | 19239 | 194139 |
| 3rd year | 75000+194139 | 29605 | 298744 |
| By the time I start | | | 331605 |
All I want to do now is to change career objective in my resume. It will be more like
"To bag the job to feed the Bank"
NTTF way of making people responsible!!
Since the Bank Manager is not my uncle, I am liable to pay an amount of 4500p/m as a baby step to conquer that Everest!! North Malabar Gramin Bank is in all set to start a new branch in my home, if I sit irresponsible!!

Congrats..,My KNTC Revolutionaries
"Courage is the catalyst of change.Without it great ideas and concepts die.."
You may be convicted for what you do today. But remember,a revolutionary's path is never a bed of roses. You screw up your own present for the better future of many(you may remember all the great revolutions that happened all around the world!). And you are not alone. The lava that comes from the broken hearts of many is too enough to penetrate the walls of modern age concentration camp.,say KNTC. Hurl the stones at the neo-Nazis and burn Hitler along with his pimps!!!
You guys could do something I always dreamt of...! My heartfelt congratulations to the brave hearts who made my dream a real one...!
"PROUD OF YOU........, KNTCIANS"

OPEN DIARY FOR NTTF ians
How do you feel after NTTF: nostalgic or relieved? Will I be left alone if say the quality policy suitable for this is
Systematic cheating with continual exploitation irrespective of humanity and social ethics
I expect your heartfelt views. You are free to agree or disagree since it's my own views.

NTTF-MY ALMA MATER!
They say the next 30-40 years of your life is shape upon the basis of how you spend your time in college. Enjoy yourself in college, but remember there is a reason to be in college. Thinking about all this now is completely futile as polishing the fire woods.
One is expected to write a lot of nostalgic craps soon after getting out of his Alma mater. But I'm no longer nostalgic about the good(?)old NTTF training days. Perhaps, it is because engineering was never my cup of tea. One, always fond of history, politics and curious about current developments of his society shouldn't have opted such a training program. Leave it....yesterdays never come again.!
Oh my goodness! recently good news come from NTTF that students are no longer attracted by what after 10th/+2 ad. They seriously watching the "what after NTTF guys!"Abraham Lincoln was correct! He had foreseen this much earlier and his words are as much as relevant now NTTF is concerned!
"You can fool some of the people all of the time, and all of the people some of
the time, but you can not fool all of the people all of the time"
And if someone ask me whether I miss KNTC, I want to tell him that I hated every living moment in it! But now I miss, not of course the cheating system and its runners, but
- The physical presence of my friends
- Warm political debates at the library
- Afternoon nap @ the dusty hostel
- Evening outing
- Lovely institution roof.
And sometimes I have to fight off the urge to quarrel with my KNTC warden!! Miss you too sir.....!!

PICK UP THE BATON TO BUILD THE NATION
"Ask not what the country can do for youask what you can do for your country"John F Kennedy
No one can deny the fact that India has the largest human-resources in the world. We are privileged to have both space and nuclear capabilities. Thanks to the tiredless efforts of our scientists who made us proud. And recently we joined into the nuclear sub-marine club, launching the prestigious INS Arihant. We emerge as the fastest growing economy with its policies and better infrastructure. Corporate companies, IT services, R&D centres, shopping malls, Mc Donalds,Multiplexes ...all make India shining.
But on the other hand,we are forced to face myriad troubles such as terrorism, naxalism, farmer's suicide, communalism, casteism, corruption etc. All our efforts to tackle this issues efficiently became futile due to lack of firm political and bureaucratic leadership. A real sovereign nation can be built only by eradicating all such issues that disturb our day-to-day life.
All are expected to well protected and treated in Indian democracy even though a lions share of the corporate youth doesn't possess any idea about the government machinery. They simply blame the government and the politicians. On the eve of our 63rd independence day, I insist you all to be a part of the process of nation building through
- scientific fields
- civil services
- military services
- public sector units and
- teaching
"Where the mind is without
fear and the head is held high
Where knowledge is freeWhere the world has not been
broken up intofragments by narrow domestic
wallsWhere words come out from the
depth of truth........into the heaven of freedom,
my Father, let mycountry awake "
- TAGORE
I Wish you all a terror-free Independence day

'OZ Racism': Some Facts
I'm a little late to comment on the racist attacks on Indian students in Australia. No doubt, a lot told and written about Australian racism and the poor Indian victims! Our honorable union minister of external affairs in Australia, the first such high-level visit since the attacks.
The 21st century has witnessed one of the very positive side of globalisation-mobility of education services and there is no better example than Australia which transformed itself into a mass exporter of education. As per studies more than 94000 Indians study there along with thousands of other nationalities.
As a person' i don't feel any justification of the media reports on the unfortunate incidents as 'oz racism' since the media is just echo chambering what the victims narrate.True, racism does exist in Australia, even the Australian government admits that. But it doesn't sound that the society as a hole is racist. On the other hand we failed to appreciate the Australian efforts to tackle the incidents by quickly established a task force.
And most important, the motives of Indian students for going to Australia is not only educational but a permanent residency at any cost. But on campuses it is rare to see an Indian student mingling with students from other nations, even with Australians. This high orthodox mentality invites a lot of problems as far as a multicultural country like Australia is concerned. One must be aware of current developments, its history, culture or multiculturalism before seeking permanent residency in a country. But they expect to be protected even though they have no commitment towards the nation.
The only solution i find is to modify personal conduct, understand local culture and respect the same.If really needed, go for some pre-departure programmes to learn "how things really work in Australia."
( With a lot of input from 'The Times of India' , Sometimes it's like a copy n paste article since I like that)
